            Responsibilities  Strategy and Planning  Plan events with partners to support one or more of the following objectives: leads generation, cvp enhancement, Existing client engagement 
Cross border partner engagement plan 
Work closely with leadership team, and cross‑functional segmentation and marketing team to develop and execute a growth strategy 
Identify business opportunities in the region 
Periodic review of leads from sources (both internal and external) to identify gaps and opportunities 
Manage follow up on events to maximise ROI 
Internal partner engagement tactical/activities 
Maintain sales volume, incrementation AUM and wealth penetration by keeping abreast on changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
