As a Partner Development Representative, you are the first point of contact for new Partners, serving as a vital expression of the Xero brand. You will play a critical role in qualifying leads and onboarding accountants and bookkeepers into our Partner Program, ensuring they have a beautiful first experience with our technology.

In this role your work directly supports Xero's expansion into new verticals by sourcing outbound pipelines and coordinating sales events. By identifying key decision‑makers and conducting thorough discovery, you create the foundation for long‑term success and help small businesses become more efficient every day.
