- Search for new potential partners and manage the full partnership cycle, from first contact to onboarding into our partners program.
- Identify and build strong relationships with partners that align strategically with us in the HR space.
- Own the strategy and execution for business plans with partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for several partners.
- Hold regular meetings (cold calls, video meetings, demos) with partners and their clients, keeping them updated on the product and solving specific problems.
