Supporting SDT and SMT in student management and discipline matters (such as investigation, reporting, communication with stakeholders (e.g. taking students’ statements)).
Assisting in drafting and administering behavioural management forms.
Guiding/coaching students who are on in-house suspension or Controlled Recess Duty.
Providing direct supervision of identified students (may require sitting in classrooms).
Responding to call for help from teachers to manage students’ inappropriate behaviour and bring them to a calming room.
