Position Overview:

The Part-Time Site Manager provides flexible, part-time support for the daily oversight of swine production operations at assigned site(s). This position is designed for individuals seeking a role that offers consistent responsibilities with adaptable work hours. The Site Manager helps ensure high standards in animal care, environmental management, biosecurity, and production protocol compliance while completing site activities accurately, consistently, and in alignment with company expectations.

This role typically requires approximately 20–30 hours per week, with an estimated three (3) hours of work per day across a seven-day schedule. Work hours are flexible and may be adjusted to accommodate personal schedules while still meeting the daily needs of the site.
