The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Administration support to a small team. Operating three days per week, the role focuses on supporting the Office Manager across various departments.
Start date: Monday 6th July
Pay rate: £15ph - £16ph
Working module: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Location: London Bridge
Hours: 9am to 5pm (1hr lunch)
Length of assignment: Ongoing temp to perm
Duties:
Provide general administrative assistance to the Office Manager & team
Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence
Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails & calls)
Schedule meetings, appointments, and events
