Job Summary Provides high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services with minimal supervision to patients, caregivers, and facilities in alignment with physical therapy principles, best practices, and company policies. Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, supervises physical therapist assistants and aides, contributes to interdisciplinary case management, delivers exceptional patient care, and fosters positive relationships with facilities, clients, and staff to enhance collaboration and service expansion.
Essential Functions

• Comply with the applicable state Practice Act, including laws governing physical therapist practice, supervision of assistants/aides, and scope of services.
• Review the company's Clinical Operations Policies & Procedures Manual annually and adhere to all policies.
• Complete required Medicare compliance training and other regulatory or company-mandated education.
