Insights analysts on this team are responsible for identifying, processing and reporting mainstream media and social media intelligence in the form of timely alerts and reports around the clock for a Government client. The team executes monitoring operations across multiple shifts (8 hours + 1 hour break).

For this position, you will follow the shift below, working minimum 2 days per week.

• Shift Hour: 0330hrs - 1230hrs

• Prioritise and manage all alerting and reporting requirements when on shift
• Uphold the Service‑Level Agreements established with the client, particularly factual accuracy, formatting and turnaround times
• Translate and summarise news articles and/or TV/radio broadcasts from Chinese into English
