Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and organised Part-Time Finance & Property Reporting Analyst to support finance and property management reporting, investment and asset tracking, bank reconciliation, external coordination, and process improvement for group and overseas property matters.
Responsibilities - Prepare and maintain monthly finance, property, investment, and management reports to provide accurate financial insights.
- Report on profit and loss, balance sheet items, shareholder accounts, capital movements, cashflow, budgets, expenses, and asset positions to support management decisions.
- Assist with entity-level and consolidated reporting, including preparing reconciliations, supporting schedules, and management reporting files for comprehensive financial oversight.
