As a Parks Labourer (Parks Landscaper), you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Hamilton’s green spaces, sporting facilities, playgrounds, and other council infrastructure. Your work will directly contribute to the wellbeing of Hamiltonians and support our vision of making Hamilton the best place to live.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general safety maintenance tasks across parks, playgrounds, and sporting facilities.
• Ensure all work meets high standards of safety, quality, and presentation.
• Collaborate with contractors and the wider Parks and Recreation team.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Engage with the public in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach, considering the needs of facility users.
• Manage parks rubbish and ground litter.
