- Cheerfully greets all guests, employees, contractors, and residents in accordance with customer service standards.
- Monitors traffic flow, directing vehicles to appropriate parking spaces.
- Ensures the security of vehicles and the safety of customers and employees.
- Accurately collects parking fees and prepares accounting reports.
- Maintains an accurate cash register and completes bank deposits.
- Keeps daily parking logs up to date.
- Assists with recordkeeping, including parking agreements, waiting lists, and customer files.
- Performs routine maintenance on parking equipment and reports any damages.
- Works outdoors in all weather, including weekends and holidays.
