**Job Overview**

**Minimum Qualifications**
Current National Registry Paramedic certification (or state equivalent).

+ Current state Paramedic licensure/certification.
+ Minimum of three years of field experience as a practicing paramedic.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in paramedic psychomotor skills and patient care.
+ Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
Associate’s degree or higher in EMS, healthcare, education, or a related field.

+ Previous teaching, precepting, or EMS training experience.
+ Current instructor certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, AMLS, BLS Instructor, or equivalent).
+ Familiarity with CAAHEP/CoAEMSP accreditation standards and EMS educational best practices.
