Reviews and analyzes cases in order to assist in preparation of case for trial.
Establishes, organizes and maintains file materials, trial notebooks, expert witness materials, medical records, document indexes and lists.
Locates and confers with expert witnesses and resource people.
Locates cases, depositions, opinions, reports, witnesses and information related to the client matters.
Contacts and interviews parties, witnesses and experts.
Reviews and outlines depositions, indexes and summarizes documents.
Utilizes computerized litigation techniques and software when applicable.
Assists in preparation of the case for trial by drafting and preparing: subpoenas, exhibit lists, medical chronologies, deposition summaries, trial notebooks and contacting witnesses and experts.
