Opportunity: Paralegal (Real Estate and Transactions)

The Paralegal will be at the heart of our growth, supporting acquisitions, management agreement negotiations, and critical transactional matters. This role operates with a hybrid schedule and is based at HHM’s Philadelphia Corporate Office.

We are looking for a highly organized professional to help us execute hotel management and real estate transactions. In this role, you will be a key partner to both our Associate General Counsel and Legal Operations Manager, ensuring our deals move from letter of intent to closing with precision and speed.
