Location: Rockefeller Center

Hybrid: 3 days on site, 2 days at home

Salary: $122,000 - $150,000 + 4% bonus

+ paid OT

Billables: 1470

Years of experience: 10 yrs +

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

+ Assist Attorney teams in managing IP matters, particularly patents including the preparation and filing of patent applications, maintaining patent portfolios, conduction research and ensure compliance with legal deadlines

+ Obtain from and filing with applicable Federal, State, and Local Courts such as the District Court and before the USPTO
