Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to provide short-term coverage for a leave of absence. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who can step in quickly and support a fast-paced litigation team.


Job Title: Litigation Paralegal (Contract – Short-Term Coverage)

Start Date: June 22

Duration: 3–6 weeks

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM

Location: Fully onsite (5 days/week)

Pay Rate: $35–$40/hour (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities

+ Support attorneys and the Head of Litigation across all phases of litigation

+ Manage case files, track deadlines, and organize litigation materials

+ Draft, proofread, and file legal documents (pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery, correspondence)

+ Coordinate document production and assist with e-discovery processes

+ Conduct legal and factual research
