A Minneapolis-based private investment firm is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to support its in-house legal function and related business teams. This role focuses on corporate governance, entity management, and legal operations infrastructure within a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment. The ideal candidate brings strong process discipline, excellent attention to detail, and experience supporting investment or financial services platforms.


Key Responsibilities

+ Manage the formation, maintenance, and governance of U.S. and international legal entities

+ Serve as owner of entity management processes, including records, filings, organizational data, and structure charts

+ Maintain corporate governance materials such as board calendars, consents, appointments, ownership records, and related documentation

+ Track and oversee recurring legal obligations, deadlines, and deliverables across the organization
