Position Summary

Cooley is seeking a Paralegal to join the General Corporate team. While under the supervision of an attorney, the General Corporate paralegal is primarily responsible for assisting lawyers in all stages of corporate transactions and for preparing documents necessary to comply with all regulations in the conduct of business activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide paralegal support to partners, associates, and other professional staff across the corporate department.
• Conduct factual research, analyze documents and prepare detailed corporate profiles.
• Perform legal and non‑legal or factual research using a variety of legal research tools for case law, legislation, commentary, company and business information, and practical guidance.
• Advise UK corporate entities on Companies House forms and filings.
