About the role

We are looking for a Paralegal to support the Corporate & Strategic Projects Legal team within the Rio Tinto Legal team. The role will play a key part in supporting the legal function across a broad range of responsibilities and allows you to develop in‑house experience within a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and support commercial contracts, NDAs and supplier agreements.
• Assist with due diligence and data collection on transactions.
• Manage document retention and support knowledge‑management initiatives.
• Process management and day‑to‑day paralegal support.
