Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Global Law Firm seeking to add an experienced Paralegal to their IP Litigation Practice Group.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all aspects of IP litigation, including case preparation, filings, and trial support.Manage large volumes of documents, including organization, review, and production.Coordinate discovery processes, including drafting and responding to requests.Conduct legal and factual research related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.Prepare and file court documents in federal and state courts, including e-filing.Support deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit management and witness coordination. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate required.
