Provides comprehensive paralegal assistance to partners and attorneys primarily in the form of document preparation, coordination, production, distribution and legal research, with limited supervision, throughout all phases of Corporate work for the Financial Institutions Group.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provides paralegal support to attorneys, senior paralegals, and senior practice area specialists across all practice areas
• Proofreads and document turnaround
• Cross referencing of defined terms
• Indexing of documents
• Document management (pre and post completion)
• Composition of transaction bibles (hard copies/E bibles), including sourcing documents, indexing and publishing
• Assists with due diligence: review and analysis of constitutional documents and financing documents; coordinate Q&As and assist with minor drafting of due diligence reports and contract summaries
