About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and AI-forward Paralegal / Legal Operations Specialist to support our in-house legal function. This role is central to keeping legal operations moving efficiently, accurately, and proactively across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring seasoned legal support experience, strong judgment, excellent organizational discipline, and a genuine enthusiasm for using modern tools — including AI and legal technology — to improve workflows, increase speed, and reduce administrative friction. This person will work closely with in-house counsel, internal business partners, outside counsel, and cross-functional teams to help manage contracts, legal documentation, deadlines, compliance matters, and day-to-day legal operations.
