**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Assist in the review, organization, and preparation of legal documents such as Answers, Motions for Extensions, and other pleadings.
+ Responsible for docketing utilizing electronic management systems.
+ Collect, compile, or extract case-related data and information and prepare management information reports.
+ Review, complete, and/or correct files concerning matters associated with litigation
