The Case Manager serves as the primary liaison between the firm and the client. You will oversee a portfolio of cases, ensuring all deadlines are met, medical records are organized, and the attorney has everything necessary to move the case toward settlement or trial.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact; provide regular case status updates and manage client expectations.
• Medical/Evidence Coordination: For personal injury or medical malpractice, coordinate the collection of medical records, bills, and police reports.
• Case Tracking: Monitor case milestones and ensure all tasks are completed within the firm’s Case Management Software.
• Drafting: Prepare basic legal documents, such as demand packages, insurance notifications, and status letters.
