The FA Para Team are looking for a Para Operations Officer to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the England Para Football Programme/Technical Delivery Team through operational planning, delivery and review processes with a specific focus on senior training camps, in line with the England Para Football season plan.

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for the preparation and delivery of the operational plan and logistics for training camps across all senior Para squads.
• Ensure the effective implementation and ongoing management of the following processes & events:
  • Programme Selection, coordination and player grant allocation.
  • Individual Development Plan (IDP) support.
  • In conjunction with Payroll & HR, manage the processing of player expense claims for training camps.
