Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a cutter operator in a printing or production environment
• Proven experience operating electric or programmable guillotine cutters
• Strong understanding of paper types, grain direction, and finishing processes
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, layouts, and cutting guides
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Physically fit and able to handle production materials
