Job Summary

The Panel Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the plant control systems to ensure safe, efficient and uninterrupted production. The role involves controlling material handling systems, reactor charging and discharging operations, hot and cold DRI handling systems, dedusting systems and cement coating processes while maintaining process parameters in accordance with operating instructions and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned plant areas safely and efficiently to achieve production targets.
• Monitor and maintain process parameters as per operating instructions and SOPs.
• Take timely corrective actions to prevent operational delays and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain product quality and specific consumption targets.
