To manage and coordinate sites pallet operations, ensuring accurate tracking, recovery, and compliance across all sites. The role supports pallet exchange processes, customer agreements, audits, and reporting to maintain operational efficiency and reduce outstanding balances and making DHL a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities Pallet Exchange Management Lead the national pallet exchange process and drive the recovery of outstanding balances across all sites. Develop and implement recovery strategies aligned to business targets and contractual obligations. Approve and coordinate transport requirements for pallet collections and returns. Resolve escalated pallet disputes with customers, internal teams, and CHEP. Customer & Agreement Support Oversee the creation, updating, and compliance of CHEP agreements for new and existing customers.
