Position Overview
The Painter is responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the hotel's interior and exterior surfaces by performing painting, finishing, and coating tasks. The role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

+ Clean and prepare surfaces for painting, including patching holes, sanding, and priming.

+ Apply paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.

+ Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and finishes.

+ Conduct regular inspections of painted surfaces to identify and correct flaws or damage.
