  • Remove old paint, rust, and contaminants using sanding, grinding, and chemical stripping methods.
  • Mask off areas that do not require painting to prevent overspray.
  • Apply body filler and sand surfaces to achieve a smooth, even finish.
  • Ensure all surfaces are properly cleaned and prepared according to manufacturer and shop standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Assist with other preparatory tasks as required by the workshop team.
