Overview The primary responsibilities of a Paint Department Manager are to maintain outstanding customer service, uphold our Mission and Core Values, help create the best paint department experience, generate sales, merchandise product, and support the store management team. Paint Department Managers are tasked with additional and specialized duties including giving color and paint product selection advice, receiving product, overseeing the paint department, and extending our customer-first philosophy to be the most helpful hardware store possible.
