As the Packing and Logistics Team Leader, you’ll lead a high-performing team and ensure the efficient flow of finished goods from production through to distribution.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating daily packing and logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate transfer of goods to internal and external distribution hubs.

• Working closely with transport providers and distribution centres to align output with dispatch schedules.

• Overseeing automated packing systems and supporting manual packing activities to ensure operational efficiency and minimal downtime.

• Monitoring performance across key logistics metrics including throughput, transfer accuracy and on-time delivery.
