Packhouse Administrator (Finance) – Stellenbosch.

Our client a medium-sized export fruit farm and packhouse near Stellenbosch is seeking a professional who can attend to all the Administrative and Financial requirements of the farm and packhouse office.

The ideal candidate will: Be highly motivated, a self-starter and bilingual in English and Afrikaans; Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Word, and Pastel; Processing and Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors Invoices. Banking and Bank Reconciliation. Possess a financial background and be able to submit all UIF, PAYE, VAT and SARS returns timeously by way of e Filing; Compilation of farm and packhouse wages and be familiar with Payroll Software. Be familiar with Global GAP / FSMA / LEAF /BRCGS and SIZA implementation. Compiling all relevant documentation for Growers and Clients.
