Overall Responsibility
Is responsible for ensuring a brewery's products are packed correctly and made ready for distribution. They manage a team of staff involved in various packaging and warehousing processes, including bottling, canning, boxing, kegging and palletising. Run a shift when required; attend to afterhours requirements on the line.

- Comply with Safety, health & environmental legislation & procedures
- Maintain safe work environment
- Comply with SHP safe work practices as per SHE handbook in Manufacturing excellence strategy
- Report all safety observations
- Comply with and HACCP or ISO 22000 requirements
- Apply basic hygiene and sanitation and adhere to food safety related rules and activities as per factory instructions
- Perform Food Safety and Quality related activities as part of the FSMS and QC functions
