Supervise production during assigned shifts including training, new hire onboarding and addressing employee issues and/or concerns. Responsible for inserting accuracy and integrity. Ensure that daily production is completed in a high quality and timely manner. Confirm accurate product staging. Perform hands‐on duties of Packaging Operator as needed due to staff shortage, machine problems and various unexpected workflow issues.
