Join us for a 12‑month placement in our Packaging Development team, where you’ll work on derma and household products that make it into people’s homes. You’ll be embedded in a growing R&D team, with the chance not just to learn, but to actively shape how we work—our processes, tools and best practices.

Across the full packaging lifecycle, you’ll get hands‑on experience from early concepts through to launch, collaborating with experts in Formulation, Marketing, Regulation, Operations, Supply Chain and external suppliers. Along the way, you’ll build industry‑ready skills, gain exposure to real projects and grow your confidence in a dynamic, evolving environment.
