Interact with overseas team on proactive basis for any NPD.



Responsible for the activities related to the design, prototype development, material selection, supplier coordination, and final validation testing to ensure delivery of high quality products and processes that meet the required specifications.



Makes certain all design control procedures and company procedures are followed during product development.



Sets performance expectations with the team and ensures that these expectations are clearly communicated and understood.



Works collaboratively with cross-functional groups to help streamline the product development process.
