Assist in product set-upPerform UAT Testing of products before promoting to live environment, and ensure proper sign offCreate new UW guideline in the core system when there’s new product code/ plan code createdResolve system problems by referring to policies, procedures, specificationsReview of system process flow and perform cross functional impact analysis, when necessary, on new product or product enhancementWork on projects of low to moderate complexity.Raise system enhancement when necessary You are the heart & soul of Zurich!
