Owner Relations Agent – Customer Support Team, Enverus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming owner relations calls regarding revenue, land, division orders, JIB, A/R, and A&P.
• Log inquiries in a case-tracking system and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Respond promptly to company needs, building relationships and trust through client interactions.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and friendly communication.
• Manage emotions in a calm, non‑defensive, respectful manner.
• Participate in cross‑training to develop new skills and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and clients.
• Proficiency in handling multiple critical client situations simultaneously.
• Professional communication skills over phone and email.
• Strong self‑motivation and ability to work independently or in a team.
