Petersburg.                      Overnight shifts only.   Brief Job Description:

• Perform routine janitorial and maintenance duties in order to maintain and preserve the physical integrity and appearance of the common areas of the property.


• The technician will conduct building maintenance repairs and be responsible for the upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets and equipment.
• This includes, but is not limited to, light cleaning, plumbing, electrical repairs, fire protection, life safety and all other building systems.
