SUMMARY:
The Over-All Account Manager (Readiness Track) is responsible for overseeing client accounts,
coordinating campaign execution, managing client relationships, improving operational workflow, and
ensuring effective collaboration across departments. This role is designed as a leadership development
position intended to assess readiness for a higher-level Account Management leadership role. The position
focuses on client satisfaction, account retention, campaign performance, workflow management,
operational coordination, and strategic account growth initiatives. The employee shall serve as a key liaison
between clients, Meta Ads teams, Creatives, Operations, and Management to ensure smooth execution of
