We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to lead and scale a residential door-to-door sales team. This role is responsible for in-field leadership, daily execution, rep development, and driving customer sign-ups. The ideal candidate has direct experience managing D2D teams and understands the discipline required to win at the door.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead daily field operations, including territory planning, ride-alongs, and in-field coaching
+ Set clear activity and sales expectations tied to installs, conversions, and revenue
+ Track and manage KPIs such as doors knocked, leads generated, orders submitted, installs completed, and churn
