Lead staff to ensure efficient service delivery, adherence to quality standards, and a positive guest experience.
Assist Assistant Lounge Manager in planning, organizing and directing all outlet processes to provide quality Food & Beverage service consistent with SOP and achieve maximum revenue and profit within budget and forecast.
Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in upscale luxury hospitality or five‑star hotels.
Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and deliver excellent spoken and written communication in English and/or another language.
Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
Must report directly to the Assistant Lounge Manager.
