JOB REQUIREMENT

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a metrics-driven sales or customer-facing role
• Experience in prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, and lead generation
• Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions
• For the Philippines market, fluency in Tagalog and English to service customers
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines with little supervision
