Archway are seeking a Partnership Practice Lead to join their clients Customer Contact Centre on an initial 12-week contract (with potential to extend or shorten based on business needs).
Reporting to the Head of Customer Contact Centre, this role is a key leadership position focused on outbound sales performance, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
About the role
You will own the end-to-end Group Referral Model (GRM) sales customer journey, driving sustainable growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer experiences across all channels.
Working closely with Team Leaders and other Practice Leads, you’ll play a critical role in building high-performing, engaged teams while embedding a strong customer-first culture.
