Requirements

• Proven experience in a sale or call centre environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years' experience in a Call Center environment.
• Matric/NQF Level 4.
• South African ID.
