Are you an experienced customer service professional who is confident on the phone, comfortable having direct conversations, and looking for a role with more structure, purpose, and progression?
This is a customer-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for customers who have fallen behind on their accounts. You will listen, ask the right questions, and work with them to find a solution — whether that's taking a payment, resolving a query on their account, or putting a plan in place that works for everyone.
