Both Plans Pay Base Rate Using dispatched PRACTICAL MILES (see schedule below) PLUS
Additional stops/pickups pay $25 each
Detention pay is $20 per hour and starts one hour after appointment time
Layover pay is $150 per night
Holiday Pay is $150 per holiday (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Yea...
