Job Title: Otolaryngologist (ENT) Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Northeast Oregon
Start Date: Flexible

Position Details
• Join an established ENT team with 2 full-time physicians and 2 allergy nurses
• Bread and butter ENT with professional autonomy
• 4-day workweek schedule
• Average 20 patients/day (more if desired)
• Weekly block OR time
• Full-time medical scribes available
• Equipment: Microscopes, videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal chip fiber optic scopes, in-office audiology
• Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits
• Total compensation package: $600K+
• Quality incentives up to $100K
• RVU bonus based on annual threshold
