**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our ENT Physician, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield, a multispecialty group within Dignity Health Medical Foundation, in Bakersfield, California. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing a new ENT practice, where collaboration meets compassion and every patient story matters.

You will manage a full-scope practice, encompassing outpatient clinic, outpatient surgery center, and hospital consults, primarily focusing on adult cases with occasional pediatric cases. Your practice will emphasize high-quality care over patient volume, and you will be supported by a dedicated MA team to streamline workflow and enhance patient care. You'll work in a collegial, team-oriented environment, with opportunities to precept medical students and share your expertise.
